A lot of the YouTube fluff you see for GTA IV ENBs are done on 1.0.4.0 because it’s the best patch for performance. Most gameplay overhaul mods are on 1.0.7.0 and the more recently released ENBs like iCEnhancer 3.0 Natural are compatible with 1.0.7.0, basically eliminating any reason to use 1.0.4.0 at this point - however the better
