The symptoms are when starting up, the engine doesn t hold its revs and keeps surging up and down. Nothing drastic and short lasting, but definitely noticeable. Change fuel filler as normal then connect fuel feed from tank connect injectors leak off to fuel fillter leaving the rail flow pipe off this is the midddle one with the arrow pointing out. connect a piace of clear plastic pipe to this connection and slowly suck the fuel through the filtter and half way up pipe you can see this happen
