I already purchased GTA San Andreas (the original) long time ago and I have the game on an external HD. However, I am unable to play it on my Xbox series X. I haven't even tried to play it in years, but it just doesn't work now and it won't let me re-download it.
You could try deleting your GTA SA .ini file that retains settings (It's in the documents folder) which has been known to solve crashes with corrupt config files. Hi Reddit, I just started playing GTA San Andreas on steam today as it is on sale. Everything was working completely fine until I tried to aim a gun. For whatever reason, the camera forces itself down to the floor when aiming; and holding it up makes the camera super jittery and nearly impossible to aim.Make a Clean Install of the Game. Then play it to be sure it still works. When you have a working game you may start to install your mods one at a time playing the game before you install the next to be sure it still works properly. When you get to the one that screwed the game don't use it.
In the past I've always played with keyboard and mouse, but I've since bought a nice gaming pc and have a nice bluetooth controller. GTA SA recognizes the controller and I can edit some of the controller buttons from the options menu, but the game doesn't detect some buttons like L2 and R2. Anyone have a mod or an app like Joy2Key that will ApYRh1g.
