SOURCE finding fuse for horn o n citroen berlingo 2001. the fuses are located behind the dash on driver side , u have to remove a little cover turning the screws half turn, the fuse is the F7 10 A or 20 A. check also the relay fuse on engine compartment its the F2 40A .hope it helps.
